Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, the service at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach by IHG was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were even offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. We had one minor hiccup, that they more than apologized for. Our room was immaculate — spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and plush robes. The location is perfect — close to the beach yet peaceful enough for a restful night. The on-site restaurants were another highlight: delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was also a treat with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We were truly impressed with the level of care and hospitality throughout our stay. Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach by IHG made our trip unforgettable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

You really feel taken care of here. The hotel grounds are gorgeous—lush gardens, multiple pools, and right on the beach. It’s easy to spend the whole day just relaxing without ever leaving the property. The spa is also worth a visit if you want to totally unwind. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

I had both a hair treatment and a 60-minute massage during my stay, and both were absolutely exceptional. The spa is gorgeous, calm, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail throughout. Breakfast was a standout, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and so comfortable. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, their warmth really made the experience unforgettable. I honestly wish I could stay forever.
