Great spot to stay if you’re in town and want to be near Peabody or downtown! - Rooms are basic but clean and functional. They have fridges and you can ask for plates and silverware from the restaurant. - Restaurant/bar is great - they have an awesome staff who work their butts off. They’re spread pretty thin, so just expect that time wise. - Fitness center is small but functional. They have what you need to keep active. - Very friendly staff! Lovely place. Good views, great rate. Dajuan at the front desk was A1, helpful with recommendations, squaring us away, impeccable customer service skills and attitude! Only complaint I have was the parking garage (very reasonably priced) across the street, was closed late in the evening and forced us to park a half block away. I didn’t feel unsafe but if you have a handicap or struggle with hills, probably worth the valet. No fault of the hotel on that end. Strongly recommend!

The location of this hotel is great - super close to lots of fun things to do. Service was pretty good - my guess is they're just spread a little thin. It took us an inordinate amount of time to get checked in, but once the person at the front desk was able to get to us they were very friendly. Staff was always quick to say good morning and ask if we needed help with anything. What actually bothered me was that there was a dead bug in the middle of the floor in our room, a stain on the sheets, the duvet was ripped in several places, and there was paint coming off the walls in several areas of our room. It also looked like there was a giant hand print on one of the photographs hanging on the wall. I'm admittedly a bit of a clean freak, so I guess if you're also a person who notices these things just be mentally and emotionally prepared lol. The bathroom was nice and clean, and I do love a good hotel shower. And when we asked for new sheets they were quick to deliver. If the room was even a little cleaner it would've improved my perception of the hotel dramatically.
