Our stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown was phenomenal! The hotel’s thoughtful honeymoon decorations made our trip truly special. The staff’s exceptional service stood out—Michael at the entrance was incredibly attentive, arranging transportation with care, while the front desk team kindly upgraded us to a stunning riverside room with breathtaking views. Breakfast was a delight, thanks to Winnie and her colleagues’ warm, dedicated service. The hotel’s chic, modern design and impeccable cleanliness added to the charm, and the relaxing pool was a perfect touch. Every detail reflected their commitment to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo for its stylish ambiance and heartfelt hospitality!

What an amazing stay we had at Indigo. The rooms were excellent. Clean & airy with a lot of space. The staff starting from the reception were very helpful and always carried a smile on their face. The breakfast was excellent, and on all 4 days we stayed there, there was always a variety. The breakfast staff especially were very accommodating and helpful. Special mention to Augustine & Ajay, who went out of their way to help us. They were very helpful and gave us suggestions of the dishes. Always came to our table to see that we were okay, and offered help. Keep up the good work Hotel Indigo!!! We will definitely be back, and will be recommending your hotel to our colleagues back home in Canada. Thank you for making our visit to Dubai a very memorable and fun filled one🙏

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind special thanks to Ismail at the reception and Ayoub and the rest of the breakfast team for their exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was outstanding every detail was taken care of with a smile. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Dubai Mall and close to everything you need. The hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!
