Hotel Indigo Flushing LaGuardia by IHG

Lisa saved the day for us. We came early thinking they would help us store our luggage until the check in time. Lisa got us checked in early and made our day. What a wonderful human being and how thoughtful of her to allow us to rest without worrying about the check in time. Shuttle to the hotel was amazing as well. The rooms is so clean and it doesn’t have those carpets that you are afraid to step on. The bathroom is spacious and squeaky clean. You can see this place really thought about the little annoyances everywhere. Thank you so much for thinking about customer experience and for hiring wonderful staff.

This was an awesome hotel! Close to many local train stations and really cannot beat how close they are to the train stations. Surrounded by so many delicious ethnic markets, restaurants, and vendors. The view of the city from our room on the 7th floor was stunning and they are working to get their liquor license which would be great to enjoy and watch the city from their terraces available to guests. Rooms were clean and A/C works great!

I'm really confused how this is considered a 4 star hotel ?? I'm in a single Queen room and it honestly is giving prison cell vibes an and leaves much to be desired. It was a last minute booking so I'm assuming that's why it was priced this way but it's NOT the 4stat caliber I have been accustomed to. The furniture feels cheap, stained curtains and the wall color is just no good. The bathroom is small but clean and functional with a nice shower. The staff was great, probably the only saving grace of this hotel. I would not stay here again, I should have booked at the Conrad for this price
