Have stayed here a number of times over the last year. I've always has a good room with decent desk to work at. Good breakfast. Of note from my lsat trip, is that the staff were excellent. There was a fault in my room that was quickly and efficiently resolved. When I left an item at the hotel, the friendly reception team help me get the item picked up.
We spent a few days in Glasgow and stayed at Hotel Indigo—such a great experience! The front desk staff were awesome—super attentive, helpful, and just really welcoming. Same goes for the bar, restaurant, and room service teams—everyone was friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was really nicely set up—stylish, comfortable, and a great size for our stay. Everything felt clean and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. If we ever make it back to Glasgow (and I hope we do!), I’d definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again. Highly recommend it!
We stayed in Premium king bed room. First the good parts, the room is spacious, the bed is comfy to sleep on, the shower is massive and the shower water pressure is great. One of the best showers I’ve had. Breakfast is also very good. A lot of selection to choose from. Hot breakfast is cooked to ordered. Now the bad parts. The room is not sound proof. You can hear buses and cars from the street, the pillow is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Had lumps in the pillow and I ended up using cushions as pillow. The bathroom sink has low water pressure. Hardly any water coming out from the tap. You have to turn to the far left to get a small amount of cold water to come out. The rest is hot (very hot) water coming out. The cupboard door doesn’t close properly. The fridge is in the cupboard and the noise from the fridge kept me awake. You can also hear next room pulling out draws. Car parking tip. If your car like mine doesn’t pass the LEZ for Glasgow. Park at Euro Car Park, Dalian apartments. G38TS. It’s 12 minutes walk from the hotel.
