Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman by IHG

Beautiful hotel with immaculate service. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. If we had any issues they would go up and beyond the call of duty to remedy them. They have pool service with food, drink, towels, sunscreen and aloe. Beach is a 4 minute walk but you can take golf carts to and from the beach with ease. Bonny Moon beach club is included with your resort fee with full beach service. We were sad to leave but grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect vacation with our family of 5 (3 little kids). Staff/service is impeccable. Room was spotless and perfect for a family with the bunk beds and two bathrooms (game changer for families). Beach is pristine and one of the best in the Caribbean! I was a little dishearted when we arrived that the hotel is not on the beach - that quickly went away when we discovered you can get a golf cart ride on demand so no problem! Catalina food is fantastic. Coffee shop pasties and coffee are awesome. Bonny Beach club is fantastic. Best vacation you could ask for! If anyone complains about this place, they're just someone that looks foe something to be angry about. Would definitely go back!!

Nothing short of perfection. From the moment we pulled onto the property from the moment we left, everything was fantastic. Every single encounter with a staff member that we had was fantastic. It is a quick and easy walk or golf cart ride down to the beach. The beach is beautiful and well manicured. The pool and beach service was on point, with zero issues. Every single server went above and beyond. I truly can't believe just how fantastic of an experience we had. We would highly recommend this hotel!
