Wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The onsen was a fantastic experience—clean, relaxing, and with a lovely view. The shuttle bus to the station was very convenient and made getting around so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Myself and my husband stayed a couple of nights during our Japan honeymoon. We had a fantastic time! We appreciated our room upgrade from the hotel and helping to make our stay extra special, thank you. The service from start to finish was excellent from the staff settling us in to the staff in the restaurant. Staff speak English so this was helpful. Breakfast was great with a nice selection including western food options. The dinner we had was also delicious and the pork and salmon mains we both enjoyed were great. We loved our room and thought the private onsen bath was perfect after a long days walk. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The view of the river was nice to wake up to. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan — a true 5-star experience in every sense. Our room was luxurious, with a stunning view of the river and a private onsen bath on the balcony — an unforgettable touch of relaxation and elegance. The hotel’s spa and pools added even more comfort to the stay, making it a perfect retreat. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered a variety of drinks, including water, tea, coffee, wine, and more — a small gesture that made a big impression. The room amenities were also outstanding. The bath products, including lotions and creams, had a delightful fragrance and felt high quality. I was genuinely impressed by every aspect of this hotel and would happily return. An exceptional place that truly deserves its 5-star rating.
