I had a fantastic stay at EPISODE Hsinchu - JDV by Hyatt. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds and smart layouts. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the high-quality amenities to the quiet ambiance made it easy to unwind after a busy day. Service throughout the hotel was top-notch. Breakfast had a great mix of Western and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The vibe at the restaurant and common areas was lively but never overwhelming—a great balance for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, EPISODE Hsinchu felt like a perfect retreat in the heart of the city. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hsinchu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Episode Hsinchu for two weeks, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel truly welcome. The rooms were in pristine condition, meticulously clean, and well-maintained. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, reflected high standards and thoughtful design. I genuinely felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I decided to switch to another hotel, Ambassador Hsinchu, thinking it would be more convenient due to its central location and 5-star rating. However, that decision turned out to be a mistake. Compared to Episode, Ambassador fell short in every way, outdated design, subpar cleanliness, and an overall disappointing experience. If I could rate Episode higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! If you’re visiting Hsinchu, Episode is the hotel to choose! It outshines so-called “luxury” hotels and offers a truly first-class experience. I will definitely return on my next visit!
