Impressive hotel overall. I enjoyed my 3D2N stay here. The room I was given was without any view, however, it was beautifully and tastefully designed and jaw dropping! Love everything. It has a good sized infinity pool and a gym at the top floor. Staff is friendly and patient especially the lady staff that checked me in. The housekeeping staff is excellent too. I like the location of the hotel. More quiet yet still walking distance to eateries and shopping malls. Will return and recommend to others.

From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch—genuine hospitality, attentive staff, and a seamless check-in experience made me feel welcome right away. The room design is absolutely fantastic—beautifully inspired by the local neighbourhood, with thoughtful details that reflect the culture and character of the area. It gave the space a unique charm that made me feel like a local, not just a visitor. Functionally, the layout was smart and intuitive, making the stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was dinner at Silver Monkey—a truly memorable dining experience. The food was creative and delicious, with great ambience and service to match. The pool area is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The gym is also very well-equipped, clean, and perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. Perhaps best of all is the location—right in the heart of KL, with easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural sites. I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—whether for business or leisure, it’s a stylish and welcoming base that ticks every box.

I had a truly enjoyable 3-night stay at Hotel Indigo on the Park. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a modern and locally inspired interior that gives it a fresh and stylish character. As one of the newest IHG properties in the city centre, it’s a fantastic addition to the brand’s portfolio. I sincerely appreciate the warm and friendly service from the team. A heartfelt thank you for the thoughtful birthday room upgrade and decorations — it truly meant a lot to me. During my stay, I had the pleasure of a spontaneous conversation with Ms. Ashleigh, the General Manager, whom I met by chance in the staff elevator. I also want to extend my thanks to Ms. Louise Chan, the Duty Manager, for her patience and timely responses to my emails. The only areas I hope the hotel will consider improving are the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was occasionally unstable, and the pool hours, which currently close at 7:00 PM — extending this would allow guests more flexibility to unwind in the evening.
