Fantastic hotel in a prime location. The reception staff very extremely helpful from the word go. The young lad Bradley was great and told us all we needed to know about the places we wanted to see in Liverpool. The rooms were very good with a great shower with no exterior noise. In addition to this the breakfast was excellent and cooked to perfection. They also gave us a pot of coffee each. A great two days in Liverpool made all the better with help from the hotel staff. Highly recommended and will defo be back.
Fantastic hotel with really welcoming, informative reception staff. The room was lovely, although a little warmer than was expected, as the air conditioning unit seemed to have a fault. Other than that, really comfortable bed, amazing shower and great, complementary tea, coffee and snacks in the room.
Cozy environment. Lovely hotel located in the heart of Liverpool. It's definitely a location I would stay again if I find myself in the vicinity again. Outside of the pleasant environment, I loved the English breakfast I had at the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
