It was a pleasure staying at the Indigo Paddington Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Right from the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly welcoming and friendly receptionist, SHAH. Shah's warm demeanor and genuine smile truly set a wonderful tone for my stay. It's rare to encounter such outstanding hospitality, and Shah and the entire reception team is truly a credit to the hotel! My room was also wonderfully convenient and very comfortable and clean. Furthermore, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect next to the Paddington rail & metro station! It made getting around and enjoying London incredibly easy. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, largely thanks to the excellent service, comfortable room, and prime location. Thank you, Shah, and the entire hotel team, for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable!

Lesse at reception was remarkable and provided exceptional service. When I arrived the air condition in my room was not working and she immediately took steps to find another room. The room I received was upgraded and provided a much more suitable working environment with a desk. The hotel has a great location within a short walk of Paddington Station. Highly recommend for business and pleasure trips

Our stay was a cockroach infested nightmare; the worst experience we have had in a hotel by far. On arriving at the sister hotel- The Mercure, we were told they were overbooked. We were escorted through the streets by a man from reception. I'm sure he was very nice, but as we arrived late on a Saturday night, it made us feel pretty uneasy walking around central London with him. I would have been furious if my partner was made to this alone. On Arriving at the new hotel, we were shunted down to a basement room. The place was visibly crawling with cockroaches. The window did not open as it faced a basement courtyard. The AC did not turn on, or if it did it made no difference to how stuffy it was. We obviously did not sleep as we were both completely disgusted. I was also concerned about how the hotel would have evacuated us if there were a fire, given there was only one very narrow stairway to get out. Only positive thing I can say is that the staff were really nice and very professional. We let the manager know how furious we were and he was very apologetic. He clearly did not have the power to make things right, and I felt quite sorry for him. I'm certain that using other hotels when they have "overbooked" is part of their business model. I’ve since been refunded 50% (although it took months to arrange). It would have to be some amount of money to get me to stay again!
