Hotel Indigo Madrid Gran Via by IHG

I stayed here for 1 night in June in a room with a king bed. The room and bathroom were a good size. The window is small and faces an opening between buildings with absolutely nothing to see - but this was no problem for me as it was a very quiet room and that was most important to me. Had breakfast included and it was good. Take advantage of the rooftop patio and restaurant- it was great. Very friendly staff at checkin, check out and for other questions I had. Very central location convenient to tourist sights. I would definitely stay here again.

The ground floor bar at the hotel is a hidden gem! We were served so well by our bar tender Juan David, he kept us supplied with drinks and food all evening. He even gave my husband a two way language lesson! Excellent service! Would highly recommend!

The helpful service from the front desk was beyond compare. They made terrific suggestions (including where to watch flamenco) and were also just exceptionally nice. The breakfast is just fabulous, and the location is very central. I couldn't think of a nicer place to stay, and made Madrid all the more wonderful on a five-day business trip. Will definitely stay there again.
