Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown Wall Street by IHG

Our stay was fantastic! This hotel is so close to South Street and Pier 17. We could walk to our dinner and concert. The hotel is very sleek and clean inside, but the room was still cozy. Small, but perfect for two. I used a bunch of points, so this was a great value compared to usual hotel prices in NYC. Not sure how it would be without the points, but I would definitely stay here again. Perfect amount of storage/table/closet space. Bathroom was also small, but decorated to the nines. Biggest thing-parking is not on site and there is no valet. Drop off your bags at the front desk if possible! Can't wait to come back!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Although the rooms were small, they were incredibly cozy, which made us feel very comfortable. But what really made the difference was the service, especially the night receptionist, Asner P. He is, without a doubt, the best. His kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help exceeded all our expectations. People like him make you want to come back. He definitely deserves a pay raise for his exceptional work!

Not the stay I expected — cleanliness and follow-up need improvement. Stayed one night and was disappointed. The room assigned faced directly into another building, offering no privacy. One of the towels had several short coarse hairs on it, which was quite off-putting. Only two tissues were provided. While the front desk and other staffs were friendly, it’s clear that management and housekeeping need better oversight. I sent a follow-up email the next day regarding the cleanliness issue and never received a response (already a week now— which was just as disappointing as the issue itself. There are many similarly priced hotels nearby. I’d recommend considering other options
