First I must share that the location was perfect. Any restaurants we wanted to go to were in short walking distance from the hotel. Our room was nice perfect size for the 2 of us. We did have an issue with the TV volume that we asked the hotel to fix and the guy that came up was very friendly and nice but seemed to have no idea what he was doing. It was actually my fiancé that fixed the problem after continuing to try solutions while the guy was there. Our room was serviced more than once while we were there. We did notice black spots that looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling near a vent, which wasn't great. Everyone at the hotel was kind and professional, however, the parking was very overcomplicated due to their parking garage also being open to the public. There were also hidden "convenience fees" that we, nor anyone else we talked to knew about before checking in.

This location was very nice and walkable. Hotel was nice too but could be better. It was a clean room overall but the tv and nightstand lights didn’t work. Eric at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Heads up, overnight parking is expensive.

Unfortunately, our recent stay was marked by several disappointments: The room lacked a microwave, which had been expected for the rate. The overnight clerk behaved inappropriately, following my boyfriend upstairs and implying he could face arrest - an unsettling and unnecessary escalation. Verizon wireless service was entirely unavailable, rendering mobile communication impossible throughout our stay, text messages were unreasonably delayed. The paid parking system was disorganized and confusing, adding avoidable stress, the attendant was doing their best despite lot being full. The housekeeping staff were absolutely fantastic—the room was spotless and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, due to a booking issue, they entered the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. This situation appears to stem from a reservation mishaps at the front desk. Our room keys repeatedly malfunctioned, and at checkout, the reservation was incorrectly listed under another name. Additionally, our credit card was overcharged, and attempts to address the issue were met with indifference.
