Hotel Indigo Paris Opera by IHG

Even though there was an emergency situation on the street with electricity, the team at Hotel Indigo moved quickly and made sure my family of 5 was taken well care of and had a wonderful stay. They worked so hard to anticipate what we would need and handled things quickly and without issues for us. The rooms are very large, clean and the air conditioning works GREAT! For a hot summer in Paris, we were thankful. The staff is friendly and I want to thank the general manager Ines for her kindness and professionalism in the middle of a an electrical outage!

The people are fantastic, making sure everything is perfect for our stay. The location worked very well for all our sightseeing. Breakfast was marvelous! I can’t say enough good about Hotel Indigo! We loved our time here.

This little IHG gem was delightful. What made it special? Can't say enough good things about the staff. I arrived at 2300 from Heathrow on 3/26 absolutely exhausted. The gentleman on duty checked me quickly, then also helped with my luggage and even brought a bucket of ice. To quote another reviewer, "The front desk personnel made a lasting impression with their attentiveness and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met." ALL very true! The room was charming, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. When I checked out, I was in a terrible rush. Once again, the staff went above and beyond to help get me to where the Uber was due to a traffic issue. Can't say enough wonderful things about my short but absolutely lovely stay here. Thank you! P.S. The BEST service and staff experience in 15+ years of staying at IHG properties.
