Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong by IHG

We had a truly warm and welcoming experience at this hotel. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team were all exceptionally friendly and full of smiles. A special shout-out to Tang and Yee at the front desk, who made us feel especially cared for! The room was comfortable and well-equipped overall, making for a pleasant stay. The only small downside was the shower—the water pressure and temperature fluctuated quite a bit, making it a little tricky to adjust. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that truly impressed us. We'd love to come back again!

I had a great stay. The staff was amazing and I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight and they graciously allowed me to check in early. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to many shops and restaurants around Patong. The breakfast was delicious; there is a buffet portion and an egg menu. I also had some laundry done and it came back the same day, nicely folded and very clean. Overall I am very pleased with my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent — close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. The only downside was the noise level. If your room faces the street, be prepared for noticeable street noise, especially at night. There was also some noise from other guests in the hallways. To avoid street noise, I recommend choosing a room that faces the garden instead — it’s much quieter and more relaxing. Other than that, I have no complaints and would consider staying here again, especially for the great service and location.
