Hotel Indigo Rome St. George by IHG

We just got back from spending three nights at this hotel. It was the final stop on our two week honeymoon. Let me just say, this hotel is excellent! It is everything a hotel should be. I stay in a lot of hotels but this place is truly solid. The entire staff is great. This hotel runs how all hotels should. Our room was incredibly clean and nice. Loved the turndown service. The food in the restaurant and through room service was amazing. We loved the cacio e pepe and the tiramisu especially. The staff even sent us a bottle of champagne when we checked in after mentioning our honeymoon. The location is good. We like to walk so it was easy for us to walk to the Vatican and then over to the center of town to the tourist attractions. It was nice to be able to come back to the hotel in a quieter less busy area. The hotel is tucked a little further away from the hustle and bustle. There is a pharmacy right across the street if needed. All of that being said, shout out to Josiel at the front desk! He checked us in and was incredibly charming, funny, professional, and helpful. He was there during most of our stay and was always ready to assist with anything if needed. Thank you, Josiel! And thank you to the rest of the staff at Hotel Indigo St. George. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel on your next trip to Rome!

Awesome location on a quiet street. Beautiful lobby and very comfortable room with the best hotel bed I can recall. Rooftop bar offering views of the lovely area. Hotel staff did everything to make our stay special. Will be my go to hotel for future trips to Rome!

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and was very pleased with every aspect. Prior to arriving I contacted the reception team to organise a transfer from airport since our flight was arriving very late at night. Team were in constant contact with me to ensure details of arrangements were correct. Our transfer was waiting for us and got us to the hotel promptly. On arrival at reception staff were professional and friendly and provided all details we needed of best places to eat/main sites to visit and anything else we needed help on. Room was beautiful! Really well finished, cleaned to a high standard and serviced very well throughout. Couldn’t have been more pleased! Breakfast buffet was exceptional, lots of choice of local food which was tasty, fresh and plentiful Location was perfect! Walkable to all attractions within Rome but quiet enough at night. I really couldn’t find a negative aspect of this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Indigo for making our stay so lovely and memorable!
