I have fallen in love with this hotel and ALL THE AMAZING STAFF. The rooms are clean and a good size. The air conditioner works great and the beds are very comfortable. Did I mention the amazing staff? I really can't say enough nice things about EVERYONE! - guest services, maid services, random people who work here - all so friendly and helpful. ❤️💖 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️💖
We loved our stay at Hotel indigo in the Savannah historic district. The rooms were very clean. I appreciate not having carpet. The beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Sherry was awesome and very friendly. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of River Street and Ellis Park. I do feel that the cost for valet parking is a little steep. We self parked in the Whitaker Street parking garage, which is very close. And, they could use some additional help in the bar at night. A great number of people trying to redeem their tokens, and only two people working the bar area. All in all, a really good stay. We would definitely come back to Hotel Indigo.
We stayed one night at this hotel in Savannah and were warmly welcomed by a super friendly hostess, Southern hospitality on point! The lobby is spacious and stylish, giving a great first impression. We were even upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself had a unique layout with two floors. The bottom floor? Ice cold. The second floor? Quite the opposite - a little too toasty. It seems the A/C doesn’t fully commit upstairs. The only real downside was the noticeable musty smell, likely from the Savannah humidity and natural aging of the building. The hotel definitely has charm, but the rooms could use a bit of a refresh. A few practical notes: • Parking is $48/night, so be prepared for big-city pricing. • Breakfast comes with a $40 voucher, which was just right for two people, unless you’re absolutely starving. For family of 4 this was not enough. If you appreciate historic charm, friendly service, and don’t mind a little quirkiness (and a bit of a scent journey), this place could be a great fit!
