Hotel Indy Indianapolis a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Indy and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The updated decor is beautiful and gives the entire place a fresh, modern feel while still being cozy. The food was another highlight — everything I tried was delicious and clearly made with care. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and variety were top-notch. I can’t wait to come back!

Everyone from valet, check in to management great service. My daughter’s phone wasn’t working properly. The manager let her borrow her personal phone charger. The lobby, bar and restaurant nicely updated. Rooms are very large and clean. Great stay! Wonderful Marriott sister property!

I have never been to Indianapolis before, so I was eager to check out the city. I had looked at some pictures of where I was staying before I arrived, and I was excited to stay in a smaller boutique hotel. Checking in was really easy, and the lobby was stylishly decorated. I loved how the ceilings in a lot of the areas (like near the elevators and even in my room) had concrete, brutalist-like design, but the features were slick and modern. It just fely really unique and special. What made this stay so memorable, though, was the staff. A manager (I think) checked me in, and she welcomed me warmly and explained about parking when I asked. I opted to do valet parking, and all the young men who worked there were friendly, efficient and organized. Any time I came in or out, someone said hello or asked me how my stay was going. It felt genuine and not like a stock exhange between guest and employee. I had an issue with my hotel room door. It would stick when I unlocked it and it didn't fully shut after I entered the space. I went down to report it, and they immediately got someone from maintenance to check it out. I felt entirely safe (since I was traveling alone in a new city), but I also felt like my needs were fully understood. I would definitely stay here again. It just felt like a different hotel experience than I was used to.
