First of all the welcoming you get at this hotel is truly beautiful. Every staff member makes you feel at home and always check in on you. As a same sex couple we felt very comfortable. The breakfast has loads of options and offers table service for fresh cooked items. They cater for everyone with vegetarian, Dairy Free and gluten free options. A special message to Francisco and his brother Lourenço. This holiday was extra special as we were celebrating our engagement here. The staff went above and beyond to make our celebrations the best they could be. Thank you again for your caring support and sharing our celebrations with us. We will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing hotel, brilliant pool and rooms with a person touch. The breakfast is perfect as well. I must say that Bruno the waiter is great, Luis was a great host but the biggest shoutout goes to Francisco. Incredible hosting and personalised recommendations 👏🏼 🙌🏽 👌🏼

I booked this hotel for the executive committee of my company with the expectation of providing them a quaint experience in Estoril. This hotel shows the most beautiful pictures online, but there is a lot they are not showing. They have an old part and a renovated part. So, not the whole hotel was renovated and do not correspond to the pictures on the web. My directors found cockroaches (pictures attached) and the bathroom of their both rooms was untidy and unclean. The blow driers are very old and not working properly. The rooms are also very noisy. Inside the room one can hear everything that is happening on the street but also inside the hotel, i.e. corridors. I had to move all the executive committee to another hotel as this one was far from a 4 star hotel standard. After talking with the hotel manager and guest relations about this situation, the hotel refused to make as a refund for the nights not spent there, and even accused our Senior Vice-President of taking hangers ir order not to reimburse us. I feel embarrassed for making my Executive Committee go through all this hassle as inevitably this will be a trip they will remember for the worst reasons and this is the image we're leaving of our country.
