Hotel Inn Paris CDG Airport

Terrible service. We were part of the tour group who went for breakfast. There was no issue on the first day and the young waiter served us graciously, and politely, for which we are appreciative. Staff M*dh*, on the second day, was anal and extremely rude. He rudely denied us entry, citing that we were too early and have to enter as part of the tour group (although we had no issue the day before). When the entire group arrive, he complained that there was no time written on the cards (fault of the reception staff, not ours), then told us to eat quickly as another group is coming. This is ridiculous. Why denied us earlier entry when there was lesser than 10 people in the restaurant, causing a congestion in the later part of the morning then hurrying us to eat faster? He later came and confronted my mother about her seating arrangement. His subsequent service recovery was negligible. In addition, certain staff at the reception was also rude. I understand that staff can be stressed sometimes. This is part and parcel of work. Being able to handle stress and emotions is important as a way of life. The hotel needs to train their staff for customer service and service recovery if they wish to sell their rooms for greater value. Definitely do not recommend.

No vegan options at the restaurant. Long check-in line. Unclear shuttle service from the airport. Kettle full of dirty water. Toilet paper falls easily from the handle. One broken elevator. The other smells like gym BO. A buffet formula voucher actually just means one main dish—dunno why it’s called a formula. Curtains don’t fully close. Shower squeals. 10/10

The worst and dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. The staff is sullen and behaves badly. The bathroom is dirty, the windows are like prison glass. The hair dryer doesn't work. The staff treats the customers very badly. I definitely don't recommend it.
