Hotel Innes by HappyCulture

The hotel is very nice and the staff is really kind. Even if the location isn't exactly in the historical city center, it's just five minutes walking from there so it's very convenient. The breakfast was really good with several options both sweet and savoury. I liked the free water with no plastic use and the table football. The room was clean, a little small but overall fine. It also had tea kettle. If you can't find the parking in the Hotel or your car is too big there is another parking in just 3' walking

The hotel location is great, barely 10 minutes away from the main station and also 10 minutes foot distance from the Capitolium. Competitive price, great breakfast for 12 euros, and the receptionists were very welcoming. Special shoutout to Pénélope (check-in) and Paula (check-out) who made us feel at home. They truly deserve a payrise! I will recommend this hotel to anyone dropping by at Toulouse, keep up the great work!

We enjoyed our two nights at this well located hotel. The staff is very friendly. We had a room on the top floor, which had a decent size, although it is in the roof so the window is below eye level, there is a skylight (with a way to close/cover it if you want), and half the room has a lower ceiling because of roof shape. It made the room feel a bit smaller, but it definitely gave it character. The included water (both flat and sparkling) in the lobby is a nice touch for travelers.
