Very happy about the Innsbruck Hotel. The personal was kind and it was a great value. The room was completely renovated while I expected a basic one based on my booking. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is located in the city centre. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was good as well. There was a lot of choices: different kind of breads, homemade cakes, fruits and vegetables, local cheese plate, scrambled eggs, bacon and local sausages. There was also cereals and nuts, different kind of juices and cold drinks. Coffee was served on the table by the waiters.
Great location, cute and modern rooms, excellent breakfast, and simply the best front desk service! Everyone's service is excellent and fast! Thank you, Hotel das Innsbruck, for such a pleasant few days, a comfortable stay, and top-notch service!
Beautiful rooms and spa. Great breakfast and friendly staff. We had a fantastic stay with our child. When checking out I forgot a book there and staff kindly shipped it back to us. Overall a wonderful hotel.
