Hotel Interlaken

Huge room and a great location right in the heart of Interlaken. The hotel was inviting and comfortable and provided perfect access both to the town of Interlaken and the surrounding mountains. The train station is 2 blocks away, the breakfasts were perfect and the staff was very nice.

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service in a Prime Location We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, which is perfectly situated in the heart of Interlaken, making everything incredibly accessible. The rooms were exceptional, offering not just comfort but also breathtaking views that made our stay truly special. The highlight of our experience was the outstanding service we received. We were exceptionally well taken care of by Valentina at the front desk; she was wonderfully accommodating with all of our requests and made us feel completely welcome. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, and it's clear he is deeply committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, giving a four-star rating due to a suboptimal experience with another gentleman at the front desk (who has tattoos and works the morning shift). His demeanor is consistently curt and rude, which stood in stark contrast to the warm hospitality of the rest of the team. Owner should give additional coaching on customer service ensuring all staff reflect the hotel's otherwise high standards. We left with amazing memories of our time in Interlaken and would recommend this hotel for its location, rooms, and wonderful staff like Valentina.

The staff were extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. Very welcoming. Location was great to navigate wherever you wanted to go in the area. The only downside was no view of the mountains. We were on the first floor, not sure if there are views from other rooms. The room itself was new, very clean with an amazing shower.
