The overall impression is very positive, I spent there 1 week on each of 2 seasons. The advantage of this hotel is the price - it's really not expensive, spa section that offers you access to different saunas, swimming pool and couple other relaxing spaces, also the proximity of Teola ski lift is a plus. I'd mark food (especially breakfasts) as the one aspect that should be improved.

I came to have a rest from Poland, the booking was made for me as a gift. The hotel is old, but well-kept. I liked the service at the hotel, the reception was at its best and provided the best quality of service. We met the director in the hotel restaurant and the acquaintance leaves much to be desired. The tables were occupied and we wanted to sit together, the director responded very rudely and was unfriendly.

One, if not my worst hotel experience in the last years. Positive: -free parking (outside), garage is 15€/day -bus station is very close to the hotel -very old but still functioning & individual lockable ski deposit Cannot comment on the spa. It was very full and we made a turn once we've seen how many people were there. Negative: -hotel is old but not maintained -the food is merely OK, for many it is borderline: the dinner is buffet style so do not expect "fine" food but the worst thing is the breakfast. Even in the army we had better breakfast than this (poor selection, disgusting bacon, rancid butter, only industrial salami, no real bread but cake and tortas) -everything is old and not maintained: we could not open the door to the balcony, one heating radiator was simply not working (mid February) but constantly whistling, the carpet is stained, there is no fridge in the room although we were surprised to find a kitchen in our Hotel (!) room, the shower was assembled in a false manner and thus leaking and scratched the tub, no heating in the lobby toilets -we stayed in a room extremely far away from the reception and dinner hall, not everything would be accessible for a handicapped person -the hotel is close the the ski slopes and there's a bus station but if you want to visit Livigno during later hours you'll need a car or taxi because the bus stops shuttling at around 20.00 Overall: We spent way to much (700€) for 2 nights and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
