Me and my wife were 3 nights in this hotel I Iost room card and Receptions were nice and helpful. The hotel and furniture are very old Corridors were dark with week lights similar to scary movies. Our room view was very beautiful and opened to alphabetical tower , park ,... Location is very good. Breakfast was so so ...

Not a 5-star experience by any means. The pool was out of service, and the casino was closed during our stay. The room was small, dark, and not properly cleaned. Overall, the facilities were very outdated, and the reception staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no visible security on site, which made the place feel unsafe. For the price, it definitely did not offer good value. The only two positives: 1. The location is excellent—very close to the sea and Europe Square. 2. The cleaning staff were kind and polite. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. It fell far short of expectations. Let me know if you want a shorter or more casual version too.
