Hotel Ischgl

Simply perfect. A very traditional charming mountain hotel that you would expect when coming to Austria. Rooms are great. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful and management goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Amazing breakfast buffet plus free a-la-carte options. They also offer a small afternoon snack (when you come back from the slopes) that includes a warm dish, cold cuts and cake. Dinner is always a highlight with usually 4-5 courses. Spa area is free and includes 5 different saunas. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the main gondola and about 10 minute to the village center.

Wonderful friendly staff who were always helpful and attentive. Food was very good and served without delay. Our room was right for our needs and kept clean every day. Sauna was clean and had more types than expected. Very chilled after sauna experience with a cup of tea. Would love to have had tea on tap post skiing and our kettle in the room did not appear till the last day. But these are small gripes. Really enjoyed the holiday, made all the better by the wonderful staff here. Thank you.

Quiet hotel about 10 mins walk from the main lift. My room was a bit small, whilst friends were given suites. We all paid the same price which was odd. Food in restaurant and breakfast very good. Staff excellent, very friendly and efficient. Service was five star by the waiting staff every day. Rooms cleaned very well every day. Spa downstairs seemed very nice, no pool or hot tub but several saunas etc. The bar area is small and quiet, not a place to stay if you want to party. Town is lively if that's what you want. In summary, a very good hotel, I would stay here again no problem.
