Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

We were very pleased with the hotel!!! Modern, quiet room with good air conditioning, romantic hidden blue light and large windows with a panoramic view of Palma!! A rich and delicious buffet at breakfast and dinner!! The chef that cooks seafood and meats in front of you very special!! Very nice the elevator with transparent glass windows that offers panoramic views of Palma!! The staff always with a smile, polite and eager to serve!!! The location quiet in a good area, the hotel near the bus station and within easy walking distance to the port!! Todo muy bien!!!

Great location, not to far too walk into town. Pool and bar area were really nice. Staff were excellent. We had complimentary spa passes which was nice and we booked early so had the whole spa to ourselves, unfortunately many of the jets and showers didn't work. The room was really nice for the price, however the plumbing was really loud at all times of the day and night even when r weren't using it. I think the main drain for the building passed through our wall. (Room 2) Otherwise, highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again.

Visited a month ago . Im grateful to friendly hotel staff — very helpful and responsive. They assisted with calling a taxi and organizing excursions, which made the stay much more comfortable. The hotel has clean pools and tasty food. I had a room with a terrace, which was very convenient for guests who smoke. But the main impression was so warm staff ,thank you guys
