Hotel Istanbul Trend

The hotel is amazing and wonderful. Also the reception are very helpful, respectfully and friendly I advise everyone to come to Istanbul trend hotel. 🌹❤️🫶🏻

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. There was a dead cockroach on the floor which stayed there from the first until the last day. We were there for 6 nights. Everyone treated us very badly, with a lot of hostility, and most of the staff doesn't speak English. On the day of the checkout, I am not joking, we got screamed at, continuously. We were one hour late after check-out. All of our luggage was already downstairs, we were just tidying up a few last things. Someone came and knocked on the door like his life depended on it, and started screaming at the top of his lungs that we have to get out. Usually if we're late, we pay a late fee, we have no problem doing that. But we have never been disrespected and humiliated to that level before. To make it worse, after he was done screaming at the door, he continued screaming about us to someone else in Turkish. Worst experience ever, and I'm just writing a very small part of the experience. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. If I could give less than one star, I 100% would. Don't go to this hotel.

Taxi cars refuse to take us to the hotel location because of the traffic , cleanliness is not that good , no iron, drinking water bottles or kittle is provided in the hotel room.
