Hotel Italia

Good breakfast, cozy room and hotel located in the central region. Take the opportunity to have dinner in Poland - fabulous food and more affordable prices. Mario, a friendly hotel employee, saved us. We arrived in the city after 9pm and the hotel we had booked at didn't leave us the room key. We called Hotel Italia around 11pm and Mario answered our call and got us a room at that time. We wouldn't have had a great trip if it weren't for him.

I really like hotels, where you feel very welcomed and this is great example! I highly recommend this hotel because: extremely sympatic and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast with delicious home made cakes - different types - yummy! very comfortable rooms. The hotel is at central square, so nearby to all important historical places. If I can I would love to stay longer, now I can´t, but I hope soon I will come again. This very really absolutely amazing experience. Grazie mille!

We only used tha Café at the Hotel and unfortunately, it does not deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maybe they had a bad day, but the coffee was thin. Not sure if they used Espresso fory Cappuccino or just regular coffee. No menus at the table, so the waiter had to tell every customer what they actually offered, and then they were out of a lot of things. It really wasn't a great experience. Hopefully, it wasn't the norm.
