Hotel Iz

We have checked into the hotel at around 12 AM and we found the room very dirty and there was hair on the bed and a towel on top of the closet and there was dust and everything was dirty so we contacted the check-in desk they told us and lied that it’s cleaned while it’s obviously not so they told us that they were cahnge next day so he changed the sheets of the bed the next day he moved us to another room which was actually worse because it didn’t have Wi-Fi and the AC was extremely hot and couldn’t be switched to cold and was very dirty as well, I have attached the pictures of the new room that we have received which was 301 Very rude very bad service and I advise anyone not to come to this hotel as they are way near far from being a hotel !

This place is disgusting. The floors were sticky. Look at the photos. Who knows what the stains were in the bathroom?! The manager was late to check me in even though I gave notice as to the time I would arrive. So I had to wait on him to return. He looked confused when he came back. He didn't know what I was talking about as far as excursions for the guests. My room smelled like cigarettes because people were smoking in their rooms. I've traveled to 22 countries so far and lived in 4 of them. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, Airbnbs, and hostels through the years and this was BY FAR the worst place I've EVER stayed in. I hated every second I was there. Do not book a room here unless the horrible things I've described appeals to you.

This was our worst hotel experience to date. Nothing in the room worked, the room smelled cigarettes all throughout the day. The AC didn't worked properly. The refrigerator didn't. We didn't have hot water the last days. We lived on the 4th floor and the elevator didn't work. Don't get fooled by the pictures and fake reviews.
