Hotel Izmailovo Delta

Hotel rooms are good. Security in hotel is good. Cleanliness is good. Service is good. Toilet paper is terrible! It's so thin that it takes three papers instead of one. There is variety of food served for breakfast but it's below average quality so lot of food is waisted and it's trown away. Suggestion : bring better quality of food and limit the range on offer to reduce waist. Coffee is bad! Coffee machines can't make proper cappuccino. Paper serviettes on tables are too thin again and too small. For four star hotel there is some work to be done.

The personnel does not want to provide information. When asked about connection to wifi they did not explain how. While finding out how to connect by myself, I realised that in order to connect you need to have russian mobile number, so its not for guests of the country.

First of, operator was very rude when i tried to get information from the hotel. I simply asked if i can talk to someone in English and she rudely hung up on me without an answer, tried to callback and i got no response. I called the other lines and didn't get a response either. Not very helpful in providing information.
