We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Mr. Sheron went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We booked 20 rooms, and the experience was seamless. The pool area was excellent, we were allowed to enjoy ourselves freely with music on a JBL speaker, which made it even more fun. We were also treated to a complimentary bonfire by the beach, which was a lovely touch. On top of that, the hotel arranged a free BBQ station for us, and we only had to bring the meat. It was the perfect way to kick off our trip, the first night exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended for group stays and anyone looking for a relaxing, well-supported experience. Thank you to the entire team!

Reservation at the initial level was good as the reservation made done without getting advance payment. Room is bit okay, but welcome drink, tea/ coffee makers were not provided as other hotels. When we were having the breakfast, they only gave food for adults without considering kids below 5Y, but later they provided. Beach is superb. Pool is okay.

I stayed at this hotel with a few families, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. While the location is a definite plus, almost every other aspect of the stay needs serious improvement. Rooms: No drinking water was provided in the rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities. Rooms were very small. The view from our room was unpleasant facing building backyards. Food: The food items on the menu was over priced compared to the portion sizes served. The breakfast was very basic. The Sri Lankan breakfast included just two small pieces of milk rice, lunu miris, and the tiniest portion of salmon curry I’ve ever seen served in a hotel. Service: No water was served to the dining table unless repeatedly requested. There was no hand washing area in or near the restaurant. We had to ask several times for finger bowls and drinking water. Even then, only two finger bowls and two glasses of water were brought for four people. The service staff clearly lacked proper hospitality training. Location: While the location is nice, the property is poorly managed, which takes away from its potential. Overall, I question whether this hotel truly meets the standards of a 3-star property. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
