Hotel J Pattaya

I had a fantastic stay at J Pattaya Hotel! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. Me and My friends stayed in a triple room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the weekend event—so much fun with a great atmosphere! Whether you’re here for relaxation or entertainment, this hotel truly delivers. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Staff lacks hospitality. Room is dirty. Food (Breakfast) is not to be expected. Does not feel safe staying Disgusting bathtub. I was going to use it and found there are pubes in the bahtub with insect wings. The blanket smells like men private part. Even worse, my skin was ichy and developed red bumps after the stay. I am told that I got infected from bacteria, which is very high likely from the hotel bed. I am sure maid isn't doing her job properly. Worst of all is that the staff at reception is not doing her job properly either. Hospitality is not there at all. Staff at the reception looks very moody like they wanted to go back to their home. Very unwelcoming experience. After I checked out, I forgot my beverages and called the reception in the afternoon to see if they could check my items I left in the fridge. I wanted to drive back and get the item if it was still there. She replied instantly without even checking or tried to check saying "Maybe it is gone already". The staff was unbelievably unhelpful. The room also have balcony door that cannot be locked as the lockset broke. I did not feel safe as much during night as the room is just next to a stair. Probably worst experience for hotel in the past few years. Never going back there again.

Lack of Management! Very very rude staff, they are rude unbelievably as I face to several of them I shared my problem with the receptionist just asking call tomorrow! I clearly ask to talk to supervisor, night manager or hotel manager they shout laterrrr!!!! Then while I was speaking hang on the phone!!!! Who gave this hotel 4 star that they consider no value for their guest. Old elevator, old rooms, cheap quality of sheet and everything, noisy fridge and chiller are possible to ignore But the out of respect behavior of staff is not possible to pass by. I know they will answer this comment that they will fix everything but as I have read other comments clearly there is no change. I think it’s fake rank by fake comment because not possible to be 4 star and behave like this to the guest! I recommend you pass this hotel to another one and consider better one. This hotel only ruin your vacation by their unprofessional hospitality. Regards
