My mum and I went only for the spa, such a nice experience! We went 1h before our booking so we took a quick swim at the pool, very luxurious and clean place. They also gave us sandals and fresh towels. Hammam was incredible, very relaxing, our skin was so hydrated and shinny.✨🤩 After that we did the massage, it felt amazing and relaxing. I highly recommend it and make sure you book 3-4 days before. I have no words. Bravo for your services. Kisses from Greece xx

Good location, generally very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and in housekeeping. Food at restaurant a positive surprise. Room is of decent size (take a *11), balcony, and fairly appointed - not practical to work from the room. Wifi is spotty and slow. Only Arabic and French TV channels available. Nice spa and pool areas. Reservation / reception was not responsive when requesting services prior to arrival. Generally a nice, clean and comfortable experience Good public spaces.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jadali Spa Boutique. I purchased a bikini during my stay at their resort in Marrakesh and returned it in perfect condition, in line with their return policy. It’s been 13 days since I followed up by email, and I still haven’t received my 90-euro refund—or even a response. Despite seeing that my messages were opened, the team has provided no resolution or acknowledgment. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. I expected better from a business operating in a luxury setting. I would not recommend shopping here.
