A memorable stay with fantastic food and hugely welcoming staff. Hotel Monzabon was a fantastic base for an early half term ski break for our family. The Schneider family do a great job and their team seems to love what they do as well, which makes the whole experience very special. The food is fantastic, with sumptuous breakfasts to keep you fuelled all day for the slopes, while dinner is high quality local cuisine. The team were all wonderful, special thanks to Liam and André for their service with a smile and to Tobias for educating us on Austrian wine! Maybe we will make it back sometime so that our youngest can take on André in a ski race as he suggested!

We spent a wonderful week here. The hotel is a delight - we felt welcome the moment we arrived. The Schneider family and their staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests have everything they need for a perfectly relaxing holiday. The rooms are warm and spacious, the hotel is maintained impeccably and the food is abundant and of the highest quality - nothing seems too much trouble to ensure guests enjoy their time. Proximity to the slopes and chairlifts could not be better, and heated lockers ensure ski gear is dry and ready each morning. Tobias makes an excellent Aperol Spritz, and we have to give a shout out to Liam and Andre who ensured our dining experiences were smooth and enjoyable. We very much hope to return. Our family recently spent a week skiing in Arlberg, and our stay at Monzabon was exceptional. This beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained hotel, owned and operated by the Schneider family, combines luxury with genuine hospitality. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the elegant decor to the impeccable service. What truly sets Monzabon apart is the Schneider family's personal touch. They don't just run a hotel – they welcome you into their home. The high-quality dining was a daily highlight, with the attentive staff consistently providing outstanding service. The staff's thoughtfulness extends beyond the usual hotel services. When they learned about our planned day trip to Vaduz, Melanie proactively sent an email with city information and curated recommendations for interesting places to visit. Even after check-out, their exceptional service continued. When we accidentally left our passports in the room safe and only discovered this after reaching Kitzbühel, Melanie quickly located them and had them mailed immediately to ensure we received them before our next flight – a gesture they graciously provided at no extra cost. Having stayed at many hotels across the Alps over the past three years, we can confidently say that Monzabon stands out as our favorite. It's more than just a hotel; it's a place where luxury meets genuine care, and where every guest is treated like family.
