The room is big enough, bed comfortable, things are clean, some of the materials and the shower/toilet feels old. The staff was friendly. The congress room we attended was for about 60people, a good place for small workshops and meetings.. bug enough parking space..
Three star for a four star hotel just because it's a bit aged (toilette was not the best) and in the wellness area the "ice faucet" was not working but I really enjoyed the time we spent there so maybe it's just that I was expecting too much because of the fourth star. Anyway the room was nice and we had really big dinner (buffet). I was also satisfied about the breakfast there were lot of food for any taste. I have also to say that the staff was really kind. So if you are looking for a relaxing weekend with wellness or you are organizing your company conference this it could be the place.
While my stay during my business travel was disappointing due to significant management failures, I want to commend the dedicated reception and cleaning staff who did their best under difficult circumstances. During the night from Thursday to Friday I was kept awake until after 1 a.m. by a techno party happening on the premises. I believe the hotel should have been more considerate by assigning rooms away from the noise, especially since they were aware of the event. The receptionists I spoke with were incredibly apologetic and sympathetic to my frustration, which I genuinely appreciated. I tried to call the reception during the night due to the noise, but the phone was never answered. When I spoke to a staff member in the morning, they were very kind and explained this was due to severe understaffing—a clear failure of management, not the individual employees who were doing their best to handle everything. The TV in my room was not working. Although a staff member promised to send someone to fix it, no one ever came. I want to emphasize that the cleaning staff kept my room spotless throughout my stay, and I saw them working diligently to maintain the hotel's standards. I was also surprised to be charged for sparkling water at breakfast , as I have found that complimentary water is often provided at smaller hotels outside of the Czech Republic. Again, this is a policy issue, and the restaurant staff were polite and professional when they informed me of the charge. Overall, my experience was poor due to management's lack of communication and follow-through. It’s clear that the dedicated and hardworking reception and cleaning staff are doing their absolute best, but their efforts are being undermined by what appears to be a systemic issue of understaffing and poor policy decisions. I would not recommend this hotel until management makes significant changes to respect new guests.
