Hotel Jardim Atlantico: Great Value, Lovely Stay & Amazing Views in Madeira! We absolutely loved our time at Hotel Jardim Atlantico in Madeira! The location was fantastic, offering beautiful surroundings, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. It was wonderfully calm, and the views were simply incredible from everywhere. The hotel restaurant was a real highlight – they had so much choice at the buffet, and the food was delicious. What's more, the price was very reasonable, making it incredible value. We also really enjoyed that small music groups came to play in the evenings, adding a lovely touch to our nights. Overall, it's a truly beautiful hotel with an excellent quality-price ratio for Madeira. Highly recommend it!
We were very satisfied with hotel room (big enought, little older accesories but in perfect condition and clean), regularly cleaning service every day ( deep cleaning - we were surprised - respect), other staff also helpfull and kind with every wish from us. Breakfasts and dinners were very tastefully and full of typical Madeira's meals. At the end I have to highlight surrounding views especially sunsets were magical. Stay in hotel on the cliff everyone must try. :) Thank you for our amazing stay here.
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and could definitely use a bit of a refresh. The food was nothing special — edible but with limited variety, more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star one. I had the pleasure of visiting in April. During our stay, there was an issue with hot water in the shower in the mornings. We also found a dead lizard under the mattress on the first day of our stay.
