Very nice hotel. After you enter it's like you are in a different world, befitting the name Jardines. The only negative point to mention is poor noice isolation - so unless you are an early riser be prepared to be woken up by people rolling thier suitcases. But for me this was a minor thing compared to how lovely the whole building is. Don't forget to bring your swimware because they have a lovely little swimming pool in a heated space, so great after being out on the salt flats.
Watch out for the USD rate. That is, make sure you pay in dollars and not in Bolivianos. The room is very nice, so are the other parts of the premises. Bonus pool, and very warm everywhere!
Actually, we really love this space as it had a really nice atmosphere and the rooms had a real South American Bolivian feel to them. We found the staff particularly helpful as we only had one night and little time to explore the surrounding small town but the staff pointed us to the right direction and also recommended a local restaurant. The good thing is that it is right in the middle of the town. It is clean and as I said we love the ambience of the place.
