Recently visited with family. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Food is also good and as per demand. Despite holidays in Gaya, services & arrangements were excellent. We were welcomed in a heart touching traditional way. All the staffs including GM Naveen ji were too good.
The place is calm, clean, and close to the Mahabodhi Temple—great for spiritual travelers. While the inn has a pleasant setting, there’s room for improvement in terms of room maintenance and service efficiency. The overall experience could be enhanced in their billing with better attention to amenities.
I liked the location of this hotel. But the service is not so good. We stayed here for one night, but the a/c wasn’t working. Staffs in the cafeteria are not so friendly. Toilet needs to be maintained. Taps were leaking and loose. Some renovation is required.
