Almost a 2 star hotel. We stayed for 2 night with 3 rooms. AC worked in some very good and not so good in others. Hot water sometimes and not others. Breakfast is limited. Good tea. Balcony next to the restaurant is excellent for relaxing. Service sometimes was excellent and at others it was poor. In either case, due to limited options, this is probably your best option.

I’ve spent thousands nights in hotels all over the world, and without a doubt, this has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. (Supposedly 4 stars hotel) It started with the room: no hangers, no glasses, no kettle, and an air conditioning unit that was extremely noisy, with no option to adjust the power. To make matters worse, during my stay of four or five nights, there were two wedding events held at the hotel with extremely loud music playing until 1–2 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was another major disappointment — greasy, unhealthy, and with virtually no choices available. The internet connection was practically nonexistent, making video calls or even using WhatsApp nearly impossible. If you’re traveling for work or need to stay connected, this hotel is not an option. I Asked for sunny side up eggs abs they came back with an unrecognizable caramelizee oily and burn eggs. I ask for white rice at breakfast and they charged me 600 rupees. No friit whatsoever. I asked for an apple and it was disguising as well. I Had to buy external food (fruits) every day. The porridge was acid from I don’t know how many days. The staff was untrained and unable to communicate in English. You can’t expect any recommendations or help with anything — from food to local tips. On my second night, I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and ended up with food poisoning that left me bedridden for three days. The spa was absolutely appalling — dirty, run-down, and frankly, unhygienic. I wouldn’t even touch the walls. The swimming pool water was murky and smelled strongly of chemicals — it felt like it was 50% chlorine, 50% water. It was completely unusable. All I wanted was to leave as soon as possible. If you’re considering staying here — please, avoid it at all costs. I really feel bad to make such bad review but I think is necessary so that the owner can take some measures
