I have stayed in the Jeanne D'Arc hotel several times before with large school groups. We are always looked after we'll by Helen, Cathy and all the staff. They are very patient with large groups and caiter to our every need. The rooms are clean and functional- any time there may be concerns they are rectified straight away. This time asked for a modified menu which was well received - 3 courses for each meal, ment we were never left hungry or wanting more. The hotel location is perfect as it's a 10 minute walk to the Sanctuary and also close to other parts of the town. We look forward to rebooking the Jeanne D'Arc in the future and we are sure of a fantastic welcome by everyone there.
Been taking youth groups here for years. Staff are amazing! Helpful and dillligent! Helen is an amazing hostess! You'd struggle to find a more pleasant and happier hotel!
What more can you ask for. This is my first day here. The room is amazing. The hotel is great. Dinner was incredible. Another year on and the hotel is still as amazing as it was last year. In fact, I think they have out done themselves. I would highly recommend them.
