I went to have a 120 min physical therapy + sports massage. I had the great opportunity to have Sanja - a very knowledgeable and dedicated therapist. We did fascia release and sports massage. She did release and helped me with some of my hip/lower back problems. Me myself is an dedicated athlete and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I can really recommend Sanja and Hotel Jelena!! 5/5 🙏🙏
Average experience: nice girls at reception and good service. However, no hot water from the sink, quite noisy from the parking in the morning
Hotel is most definitely not 4-star and is 3-star at best based on lack of nice amenities (ex. no good soap, no room service), basic rooms (uncomfortable bed, dated small bathroom), location (in a busy shopping mall 15 minutes from town), and lack of services. Check in was a lengthy process and the hotel had someone walking around with a gun. Elevator was extremely slow and smelled. Difficult to find parking in this chaotic shopping center. Fine place to crash for the night but nothing special.
