The hotel is well located in the centre of Brcko. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good and comes very fast and efficiently. As the hotel is close to the the political centre of the town it is always busy. The decor is modern and exactly what you would expect of an aspirant mittel European hotel catering for business travellers.
We used 3 single rooms. ACs in the rooms are in very bad condition. Operating with a minimal cooling off effect. It could not cool out the room (s). It was impossible to sleep due to the heat. Reception staff of the hotel were very kind, but they could not do anything to improve AC system operations.
Rooms were very old and dirty. The whole room smelled like a wet ashtray. Ac in the room was not working and it was over 40 Celsius outside. Stay away from this place.
