Hotel Jen Manila by Shangri La

My senior mom and I had a wonderful time in Hotel Jen. All the staff were so lovely and very helpful. 5 stars all the way for service! Location is excellent especially if you have a conference at the PICC. Rooms were in excellent condition.

Hotel Jen Manila is an experience that delivers as well as its more expensive counterparts. Hotel service is fast and the food is great. The sheets are cleaned regularly and the toilets are well-equipped with bidets, a tub and a shower. Toiletries and other essentials are also provided. The food is affordable and even in it's affordability you can feel it's premium quality. We ate a seafood marinara and club house sandwiches with iced coffees. They have traditional dishes partnered with modern food that can be enjoyed by youth. Finally, the view is great. Depending on where your room is, you can easily see Star City, The World Trade Center and the Manila Bay.

A place that withstood the test of time. Recently visited the metro and booked this hotel. Personally i prefer older properties as long as its well maintained due to the spacious rooms and halls and lobby. There is always something grand about marbled floors as compared to tiled ones especially that marble ages well. I was pleases that its still the case here. The carpeted floors seemed well maintained and the toilet fixtures are fairly new. Customer service was top notch and i like thr quiet vibe of the hotel. Location is central with ample taxis or easy booking by grab. 2 thumbs up and highly recommended.
