One of the best hotel stays in my life. Amazing location and amenities but you are definitely coming here for the incredible heart-warming service of the dedicated employees. If that is not enough than you will be enjoying an luxurious evening dinner and a excellent breakfast buffet. I will go there again for sure. The crazy view of the panoramic pool on the roof is a must.
We just came back from a week at Jenny's Schlössl and had a lovely time. The rooms we had were very nicely appointed and the showers were lovely and powerful. The location is great and the food was lovely too. The only reason why it's not 5 stars all round for us is that we have a young family and there are just a few ways it could have worked better for us. The location is excellent, but up/down a steep hill. Carrying 5 sets of skis (us and 3 kids) was exhausting! If you had older kids or were adults it wouldn't be a problem but it just wasn't the perfect spot for us with 3 young children skiing. Similarly the meal times didn't work brilliantly for us. Breakfast started slightly too late to be able to get all the kids up the mountain for ski school without it being a big rush. In the evenings food was just a bit later than we'd have liked so the children all ended up in bed a bit too late. Small points really and this shouldn't detract from a fab week in a lovely spot. Just hopefully a useful review if you are considering the hotel with young children.
Karen' Castle would be a better name for the hotel. This is not a case that family owned means quality and service. The owner will abuse her position to throw you out in the middle of the night, they will switch off the lights and close the bathroom in the common areas, and we were not even offered help carrying our luggage.
