After a very bad / horrible experience with FAB HOTELS and it's entire crew is where Jewel Palace and its staff make a change in my stay. They arranged a car to collect my stuff and provided me with exceptional services where my four days with Jewel Palace will always remain a great memory. Rooms are well maintained. Courteous staff, good food. Centrally located with proximity to metro station
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL DO NOT VISIT AFTER SEEING ONLINE POSTED PHOTOS. THEY ARE A DECADE OLD PHOTOS. BAD SMELLY ROOMS.. DIRTY SHEETS.. BROKEN FURNITURE. AND FAULTY SWITCH BOARDS.. DO NOT GIVE WATER BOTTLES TO GUESTS NOT MORE THAN 250 ML. Also bad location.. Which is is midst of a busy Karol Bagh market.. Where no cab is willing to come..
