Hotel Joaquin

This was our second stay at this beautiful boutique hotel, and we wondered if it could possibly be as good as the first— but it truly was, if not better. Even though it was only for two-ish days & one night, it was just as memorable as our first!! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive—Devin was especially wonderful. The hotel’s location is perfect, with so many great places within walking distance. We hope to be back soon for another great experience :)

I had such a very nice experience at Hotel Joaquin. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was appointed with all that we needed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The beach access was just a block away which was really convenient for that morning walk down the beach before the beach crowd. I especially loved the coffee in a carafe hanging by our door each morning. I hope to be back again. Many thanks to the hotel crew!!

We loved everything about our stay! I was between here and the Montage and am really happy we chose Hotel Joaquin. I spent an afternoon at the Montage pool (included with spa treatment) and can honestly say I preferred the intimacy of this pool. The breakfast is EXCELLENT, the rooms are expertly designed, and the staff is amazing. I had one of my best nights sleep here and we were sad to leave after 2 nights. We upgraded to the ocean view room and it was worth it. Small hiccup with the AC but the staff was tentative and worked on it.
