Hotel JP Ribeirao Preto Resort e Convencoes

I live in Australia and have travelled quite a bit over the years to nice 5 stars resorts around Australia, Dubai Thailand and Bali. It was a awesome surprise to find this gem just around the corner of my home town. The staff are brilliant (the Brazilian warmth is impar). The breakfast selection is to die for, manly for a coeliac person like myself (they were very attentive to my dietary necessity), but now... the pool bar (with Norma's attention and Paulo's creations)!!! Paulo can make any drink you request, but I would personally go with his creations of the day. The mango caipirinha, the passion pepper, and the banana caipirinha with cinnamon were my faves. Definitely I will be coming back as often as I come back to visit my family!

Five stars for this 5 star hotel. I experienced an amazing stay here. The hotel is full of natural beauty. The campus is so soothing and full of varieties of flowers. They have 3 swimming pools including a kid friendly pool too. They have a sauna and jacuzzi tub, also an arena for various indoor and outdoor activities like table tennis, video games, see saws, swings, etc. The hotel is perfect for a family vacation , honeymoon stay or any conference meeting. They have big conference halls too for such purposes. Overall an awesome experience. Special thanks to the hotel staff here. They are quite humble, polite and friendly. In Spite of the language barrier, I experienced great hospitality from them.

Stayed here about a week and have enjoyed it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to whatever you need. They even helped me schedule a Covid test needed for the flight back to the states. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection. I will be back!
