Hotel JS PortoColom Suites

Amazing 12-Day Family Holiday in Portocolom! We recently spent 12 amazing days at JS Hotels in Portocolom, and we truly had the time of our lives. I was there with my girlfriend and our little boy, Dani, and from the very first day we felt welcome and completely at ease. The room was perfect – spacious, clean, and just right for our little family. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, especially with Dani. Their friendliness really made our stay feel special. A big plus was the food: both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent every single day. There was a wide variety of fresh and tasty options – something for every taste, even for our son! Also, a big shoutout to the animation team – they did a great job organizing fun activities. It was well thought-out and added a lot to the holiday atmosphere. Thank you, JS Hotels, for 12 unforgettable days. We left with beautiful memories and already look forward to coming back someday!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel deserves it. -The rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay -The food is really diverse and fresh -The staff is very friendly -The pool is perfect, the children's pool also includes a water slide. -Interesting playgrounds for children -Shows every night ( we caught about 3 out of 10 days :)) ) -Portocolom, one of the most beautiful ports, locations in Mallorca

Highly recommend! The food and pool are the highlights of this place, making for an overall great experience. However, the WiFi is below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. The front desk staff member, Paul, was rude on both of our visits, but the rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff, especially the chefs and waiters, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
